Grant Writing
We search and develop a list of potential funding resources and compose letters of inquiry for each applicable funding source;

Full grant writing services, including approach letters, with multiple submissions to appropriate funding sources. Fees vary depending on the complexity of the proposal and the length to time we have to complete the assignment.

Research
We will create a comprehensive report of upcoming grant competitions (with abstracts, deadlines, and your odds of grant funding) for which your organization is eligible to apply and most likely to be awarded;
Depending on the type of funding your organization needs, this ‘Grant Opportunity Report’ (GOR) report will typically include 20 plus competitions. We only put the most appropriate funding opportunities in the report as we work with you on preparing your annual grant plan and schedule;
Customized grant writing and grant research for any project or need, making use of the largest available databases of federal, corporate, and foundation sources, and state and municipal sources where applicable.
Rate: $500-$1000+ per Grant Opportunity Report
Rate: $50.00+ per hour can be used in lieu of a flat fee per assignment for individuals
Rate: $75.00+ per hour for corporations and for-profit organizations
Non Profit Start Up Services
The Diversity Projekt can assist you in completing the process of becoming a 501 (c) tax exempt nonprofit corporation, including, but not limited to:
Incorporation as a nonprofit corporation in your state or another state where applicable;
Obtaining your Employers’ Identification Number (EIN)/ Federal Tax ID;
Drafting Bylaws consistent with your vision and reflecting the best interests of your organization;
Assisting with completion and submission of the IRS Form 1023 Application for 501(c) 3 Status;
Consulting services along the way on what is required to be a best practices nonprofit corporation.
Rate: $250-$500 per Incorporation application, applicant responsible for filing fees
Rate: $500-$1000 per 501(c) application, applicant responsible for filing fees
Program Development
Program development services vary from the brainstorming phase for a new program “idea” to the development of a fully-detailed program blueprint including program targets, measurable objectives, project outcomes, population demographics, declaration of need, geographic service area, collaborating partners and their roles, project timeline, staffing plan, plan auditors and evaluation methods, sustainability plan, comprehensive financial plan, etc.;
Program development often takes place in concurrently with the grant writing process, but is a markedly different function. Grant proposals and applications contrast in the level of program detail required by the funder;
Further definition and enhancement of your program blueprint may be required to complete multifaceted grant applications.
