As my personal journey continues to evolve, so does Seeking the Cranberry. I struck out on my own more than a decade ago and have built an extraordinarly life for myself. I have come to love my skin color and have embraced my AfroGerman identity. I still struggle, especially since locating my biological father. It has put me on a path that I never anticipated I would be on.
I started The Diversity Projekt as a way to foster dialogue with and about other women of color who have been marginalized and dismissed for far too long. I hope to incorporate the various projects and initiatives I am passionate about.
A new chapter is unfolding before my eyes, and I feel the calling to pass all the blessings in my life on to others who have been less fortunate than I have.
I am not entirely sure where this journey will lead, however, I am bursting at the seams to find out. I hope that you will join me!
